Dr. Leroy Frazier founded
Divine Fulfillment Institute (DFI) School of Divine Thought
and Manifestation in August 2007. He received a
revelation from God to leave the land of the “familiar” or
the “comfort zone” and enter the land of the “unknown” or
the “unfamiliar”. There, he would find his Big Dream, the
establishment and implementation of DFI.
DFI operates as a school without
walls offering weekend workshops throughout the world. Dr.
Frazier will serve as the weekend workshop facilitator. All
persons attending will receive a new spiritual vision that
will change their lives forever in a positive and prosperous
way. The Institute is chartered in the State of Georgia with
a Certificate of Organization.
